     1.5 Service period: 2 years (2020-2021), effective from the date of signing the contract of transport of goods;

    2. Bidder qualification requirements

     2.5 Within 3 years before participating in the bidding activity (from January 1, 2017 to now), there is no record of major illegal activities in business activities, no fraudulent bid winning by means of unfair competition, and no major economic criminal cases (self-commitment, self-drafted format);
